Remove white container lid
From frozen 180 degrees 25-35 minutes
From thawed 8-12 minutes

Remove white lid
Place on a dinner plate
Fold sides of foil container down again.
Do not let container touch the sides of the microwave
Heat for 20- 25 min

10-12 minutes
